Being jotunn is a state of mind more than a genetic thing. Aesir and Vanir seemingly don't have some inherrent divinity, they are simply from those clans. Frey, Freya and Njord are considered Aesir, despite originating from the Vanir. Loki is son of two jotunn but is still Aesir and blood-brother to Odin. Genetic theory and race segregation is an interpretation more than it is a rule

Fun fact : In Norse mythos , there is no such thing as worthiness for the hammer. Mjolnir is simply extremely heavy . It is stated in one story that it required 4 or so giants to pick it up. Edit : Thanks to DIO Over Heaven for reminding me of the rest. The giants stole the hammer . And when Thor wanted it back , the Giant that stole the hammer , wanted Frigg as wife. So Loki helped Thor to disguise as Freya and... Well Jake also explained this story . Can't just spoil the whole thing now.

Hey Jake!, I have a suggestion for the next Greek Video, wich personaly, would really help me for my research about the topic. I heard in the Podcast: Greek Gods and Human Mythstakes In the episode: *Bonus Episode* Dionysus' Halloween Special Context: A part of the episode talks about The Oresteia, after Eurestes kills His mother and gets chased relentlesly by the Enrinyes (The Furies). (In some cases) Apollo tells him to go towards Athens, to receive the protection of the Goddess. Orestes ends up entering Athens, with his Miasma, and he sees the Athenians celebrating Anthesteria (A.G Halloween?). The one important piece of information i would need, is this, in timestamp 19:48, Quote: "Its believed that He (Dionysus) allowed the spirits to walk the city, so on this day they have spirits walking with them, so they started to put *tar* all over their walls and their doors, to try and catch the spirits and they tried to get in."
