Personally been sticking to team ups. When someone goes cloak and dagger, i go moon knight, when someone goes bruce banner i either go wolverine- but most importantly i go doc strange. If someone goes loki, or hela i go the inverse. Someone goes thor, gotta go captain america. Heck someone goes rocket. Gotta go groot or bucky.

Tip, in downtime between fights and going to point, always be spinning your hammer and dashing around. Builds shield over time to start the fight with and by the time you fully charge one dash, it recovers the hammer you spent just before. Also, just tap it in fights, great reposition and control tool and grants shield even without spinning it a ton.

I started learning to play tank since no one wants to but it's so stressful when you're the only one SIDE NOTE: when you charge in as Thor drop the bubble you're near enemies, it gives you back you're hammers based on how many get hit so you can almost always enter the enhanced state

Thor is such a good beginner tank because it's hard to play him badly. I did a payload mission and absolutely tore through people. The only ones that gave me a hard time were Punisher and Hulk

I'm going to tell you the dumbest strategy for Thor that actually works, you are going to hold down main fire and spam uncharged dashes on cooldown when in range of enemies. It doesn't seem like it should work, but it makes you tanky as hell, is extremely disruptive to whatever target you choose, and generally pisses them off to no end. You can also easily completely separate people from their team or keep them out of line of sight of help, if they make the mistake of going indoors or through a door to evade you they are never coming back out as you smash hem into walls and away from the door repeatedly. Need to buy time for your healers or team to help? All you do is no charge dash straight up into the air repeatedly or else directly away from the enemy, and you keep spamming it until help arrives or you escape. I just started playing him last night and I've won 9 out of my 10 games with good kills and stats literally only using melee, the dash, and his ult.
