The sentence "the sun will shine on us again" doesn't promise that they will be together to see the sun. It could shine on them separately, each of them being in a different place. But of course I would love to see Thor and Loki reunited. I'm just not having high hopes of that ever going to happen. Especially after Loki season 2 finale. That was the perfect ending of Loki's arc, and Marvel might not want to mess that up.

The producer has literally said in interview though, that reuniting them has always been the hope. He wanted them both in certain places emotionally to do it, first. Thor is in the right place now, and so is Loki. Everyone who is in on the writing is interested in the idea. Not to mention too, that Loki’s extensive knowledge of the multiverse could make him crucial to the fight with Kang/HWR. Especially given the fact that he’s stronger than HWR, which has to tick Kang off lol.

@@deannacrich5138 Well, I have watched and read his other interviews too, not just this one. And they're much less optimistic regarding the reunion between Thor and Loki. Like the one where he said he would like to continue stories about the TVA, and about Sylvie, but didn't mention Loki as a character there would be more stories available for too. Or the one where he said that the Loki series storyline is separate from MCU movies and doesn't connect to the larger Marvel universe. Not exactly raising my hopes of Thor and Loki being together in one of the future movies.

The whole point of Secret Wars is the destruction of the multiverse, so there will be no point for Loki to sit there when there is nothing to maintain. So Loki will be free eventually, unless Doom or someone finds him and kills him to steal his power first.

Thor has had a great arc, he's not human, so in 1 he acted oddly but learned to be more human, in 2 he showed more care and less irrationality. In 3 he embraced humor and responsibility, in endgame he suffered depression and found redemption but still felt guilt. In 4 he used humor to cover up his sadness and grief and in 5 he should come back as a fully formed, emotionally fulfilled being and take control of his destiny and balance all of it together. It should be awesome

The Overvoid and Rune King Thor story won't be realized on the big screen because these are Ragnarok "endtime" type of stories and in the MCU Ragnarok including the death of Odin and the complete destruction of Asgard by Surtur has already happened. Without that these storylines don't make much sense because they revolve around first trying to avoid Ragnarok and then letting it happen on purpose in order to escape the cycle.

On top of way too much comedy in the movies, I'm worried about the lack of essential characters left for these huge storylines. They wanna do Secret Wars with no Cap, Iron Man, T'Challa, Fantastic Four or the X-Men? They completely Fd up on great characters that should have been great additions to the overall story like Gorr, the Celestials and the Skrulls. So I while I have high hopes for the future of the MCU, my faith in the writing is fading to say the least.

They should be focusing on finishing up their established characters while introducing a new one here and there. (Iron heart in Black Panther 2, America Chavez in Doctor Strange 2, Wiccan and Speed in WandaVision, kid Loki in Loki and Love in Thor 4) instead of making stand-alone series for them until after Avengers Secret Wars and bring said movie forwards so we don’t have to wait until 2030 for another Avengers film and focus on better writing for the established characters (Thor, Loki, Sam, Bucky, Strange, Wanda, Shuri, Ant-Man) instead of shoe-horning Kang into ‘Loki’ & ‘Ant-Man’ and taking the focus away from said characters as well as all the woke crap.

In Thor Ragnarok when all the Asgardians were leaving Asgard and witnessed Asgard being destroyed, while the fires of Surtur spreading fast in the way was a big tree. That's an Easter egg for the Loki series finale. In the finale Loki pulled all the branches of timeline into one big bad-ass tree. A callback to the movie Thor Ragnarok scene. The scene with korg talking about the structures of Asgard on the space ship. Now here's an Infinity War question: when the Guardians of the Galaxy stumbled upon the heavily damaged ship and took Thor's body with them, how come they didn't take Loki's dead body with them so that Thor can give Loki a proper burial later on after the battle with Thanos in Endgame at New Asgard? A proper burial is a good send off. After all, they did that with Frigga's dead body in Thor: The Dark World.

Yeah, at this point, they went so wide with Phase 4, if they skip Doctor Strange 3, Shang Chi 2, Eternals 2, or any other sequel, and instead decide to introduce a new team, they're mad. We didn't have a new team until Guardians in 2014, and even in phase three we didn't get new people other than Black Panther and Doctor Strange. By introducing so many new people, we're unable to really care for a character because as far as we are concerned, they're one and done. They're also missing the connective tissue that really made them the best thing in hollywood. I'm glad Doctor Strange 2 related to Wandavision, and I LOVED the Marvels for bringing things together and making sense with the quantum bands, but that's really just a drop in the bucket of what they're producing these days. It would mean so much more if it was a tighter plot thread across everything.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Avengers: Secret Wars repurposes the scrapped meeting between Thanos and the Living Tribunal from Infinity War. But this time, Doom or Kang will take Thanos’s place as the one being judged. At some point during the film, Doctor Strange and Doom/Kang will engage in a battle similar to the one on Titan. Then Strange will send Doom/Kang to the Living Tribunal, where they will be judged for their crimes against the multiverse/fabric of time. The reason I think this is so likely is because this current saga is dealing with multiversal shenanigans that will culminate in Avengers 6. The Living Tribunal fits so nicely into this narrative. It’s also important to note that he has already appeared in the Multiverse Saga, but only as a cameo in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. So him showing up and judging Doom/Kang for messing up the multiverse in the next two Avengers films isn’t out of the realm of possibility.

6:38 One other note on this is I believe Loki to be the manifestation of entropy referenced in GOTG vol 1 by the collector. Which makes me believe the other 3 are Hela as death. Love as infinity. Thor as eternity. The only one I'm sure on though is Loki. This makes me feel that each of these characters will elevate into these statuses. Loki as an agent of freewill promotes entropy. Hela wants to destroy everything. Thor wants peace and meditates like eternity and Love appears to be the central force for causal/nexus events that create alternate timelines stretching time to multiple points and creating multiple. variations of the universe that eternity benefits from. Unless they plan on introducing Angela Thors sister I will maintain that Gorrs daughter Thors niece might be infinity.

Just wanted to remind you all we have only seen the 616 singularity in Loki and he is making the 616 and its infinite branches vulnerable to attacks and breaches from alternate universes where the other Kangs reside . For reference Mike Waldren and Kate Herron broke this down in interviews. Also if you look at the crono monitors in the tva they make it clear their focus is the 616 only and its infinite branches of time. If we were dealing with the wider multiverse we would have seen incursions in Loki but we haven't . Loki dont stand a chance against the other Kangs as they have just as much command as Loki in their respective universes

Marvel has work to do to make this clear for the people in the back. The director and the writers have said in many interviews this is a multi system meaning the multiverse is functionally an omniverse that includes infinite singularities (616,838,Fox universe , Sony universe , Paint universe, Noir universe,etc) that host their own infinite branches , shared realms and alternate dimensions. Both of those characters especially Gor have amazing depth and the necro sword itself could have been done much better story wise. Could you give your thoughts on where cosmic entities like the Celestials, Eternity, The Watcher, etc fall in the cosmic hierarchy of the MCU? With Loki now sitting at the end of time holding the multiverse together, is Loki technically bigger than all of them? I don’t read the comics but I feel that power level doesn’t necessarily have to correlate with cosmic hierarchy. This is what I've been saying now for 2 years minimum. This is why Valkyrie is Loki on the timeline. My theory indicates that Loki has been enchanting already on the main timeline. Indicating the infinity Saga Loki is the same variant Loki of the Loki series. The universe we know is retrocausal or and dualistic. Loki has been changing the timeline since the first Avengers. "He wants to show us something! A new Universe." Selvig, Avengers. In my theory, Loki purposely lost the battle of New York to ensure the Avengers got the mind stone. Within it enough information to change the outcome of HWR timeline. Tony lays his life on the line and Cap finds a way to cut the wire so to speak. Tony is granted visions of a major defeat where he is the sole survivor crippled with guilt. Leading to Ultron and the disbanding of the whole team. Meanwhile, Loki takes Hulk out of the equation and adds him to team Revengers to help create a diversion to fool Thanos with his chosen sacrifice, Valkyrie. I'm getting ahead of myself though. Loki, to my current knowledge, began enchanting in Thor the Dark World. He utilized a soldier (likely Baulder) to enchant and then cast his likeness over to fool his brother into believing he was dead while hoodwinking Odin and casting him to Earth as a geriatric fool. Thereby giving Thor freedom from the throne and leaving the 9 realms relatively unprotected. giving Thanos his moment to get the gauntlet and collect the stones. a predestined event thanks to the timeheist and Thanos 2018 self gaining access to Nebulas entangled network. Thanos knows what it's like to lose to Tony by the time he gets back to Infinity War. Thanos knew Ragnarock would be the moment he was to strike because he recorded all the information. not to mention he had access to PYM particles to blitzkrieg the Avengers in endgame. Tonies snap will likely be as a dream to Thanos back in 2018. He'll be cursed with knowledge. And he'll change his outcome. Just Like Loki. He goaded Thor to take is head. This is likely because he wanted to sell the trick. He tricked Gamora on knowhere with the reality stone. I wouldn't be surprised if he put another veil over the garden before Atomizing the Stones, assuming he actually did atomize them. He "atomized" the stones to force the timeheist. This is why the work is always done. The Infinity War is a nexus for changing the outcome of the timeline in an attempt for HWR to escape his prison at the end of time. To press onto real change past the threshold. It's clear that's what He Who Remains enjoyed the most when Loki and Sylvie entered his chamber. His Tem Pad will likely end up in his younger selfs hands at some point, and he will avert his death at Sylvies hand. In fact it's likely already past tense. Loki at the end of time is another branch in which the 616 sacred timeline still exists. Loki must ha e reinstated or passed knowledge to his prior self and wrote a way in which he doesn't die. Then he punches himself to show struggle before tying up his new doppleganger and taking her identity for his own. This doesn't even scratch the surface of this matter, but I'll leave that be. Cap is now a shadow dictator in the past controlling causal events finally willing to have both hands on the wheel. He likely inspired Hitler to go to war to ensure the creation of HYDRA which by effect creates SHIELD which adopts German scientists via paperclip to create project insight which is likely a precursor to miss minutes. P.E.G.A.S.U.S. is a whole different can of worms. If Loki being Valkyrie is right I suspect he may have laid the groundwork in the medieval past to create a real Pegasus he could use in endgame. Unless they saved it from Asgaard. I suspect this concept will be explored by Black Knights story surrounding the tesseract. But this isn't officially part of this theory. just something I'm toying with currently. To top it all off I think Wanda found a way to rewrite all the minds of the world from within the mind stone and that our timeline may have always been a post house of M timeline. I mean Feige worked on the X-Men. You know he masterminded the whole get the band back together thing a long time ago. He likely knew Disney had the cash to make that a reality. They likely made an agreement to buy fox before he was even able to use Wanda. But they shot all the scenes that include the word mutant for the soft reboot. I'm just saying the way things played out is too convenient to not be planned. I believe the hype and Rollercoaster ride is fabricated to manipulate the masses so these corporations don't get caught in monopolizing. Lokis mind is interconnected with knowledge of the multiverse, which is simultaneously himself, So while the new timeline is simultaneously HWR timeline it is also connected in phase with the multiverse. meaning Loki can gain access to knowledge beyond himself and potentially even let his future self take control of events in the past to steer causal order within a multiverse. His melding of the mind stone and space stone are points for nexus change and the beginning of causal loops. He or Thanos shaped the outcome of the infinty war. There are now potentially infinite points for new multuverses to thrive. Sorry if this is jumbled I kind of got ahead of myself at points and looped back to finish previous statements. So consider this an unrefined version of events that still only scratches the surface of what it implicates. Regardless the first season of the Loki series preshadows how Loki escaped his death. Now all we're waiting on is for Loki and Thanos to reveal themselves. Our timeline past endgame is free to do what it wants. Meaning Loki is free to do what he wants. But first he must still dethrone HWR from that timeline. In order for it to be his. I suspect this is why he still hides on the timeline. Because HWR still needs to end the multiversal war and Loki must ensure the throne is no longer HWR on his iteration of the sacred timeline. On Lokis timeline He will make HWR become Kang the conqueror and an outcast like He did to him.

I feel like the judgment against Thor love and thunder is not fair. If we were to judge infinity war and endgame by the infinity gauntlet saga, then it doesn’t even come close to what the comics depicted. Neither does the Civil War MCU versus the comics. I think a lot of the disappointment with Thor love and thunder and how it has become so much a thing to hate on, it is partly due to comic book fans with KZbin channels that were super disappointed. As such casual fans who watch the channels and talk amongst themselves who probably haven’t read the god butcher stories still spread the hate for it. It’s fine, if it came out and Ragnarok had not people would probably have liked it.
