As long as when you watch it you keep in mind it is actually korg telling the story of Thors adventures to children, why it more on goofy stuff and lightens it up so it doesn't scare them. Hence korgs narration at the start and end of the film if you keep that in mind it's not a bad film

Taika was given too much creative freedom and indulged his worst attributes as a director Ragnarok was a breath of fresh air after the bore fest that was Dark World but it still had plenty of flaws that prevent it from being top tier of the MCU . L&T is a huge step backwards for Thor and that is just inexcusable for a character in his fourth solo film

Im actually telling you for your own sanity DO NOT watch this movie unless you're into forced and cringey dialogue, especially the child actors who can't act at all, god awful visual effects, and dumb plot points. This action sequence is the best in the movie, and then it just goes downhill from there. Everybody talks and acts like a child, with awkward pauses at random moments like they forgot the script, and Gorr the God Butcher is seen killing ONE unnamed god - that is it. The movie feels SO unfinished. It's horrible. Watch what you want but lemme just explain the basic plot if u wanna hear it: Gorr's daughter dies, a random unnamed God laughs at him so this magical sword presents itself to Gorr and he uses it to kill this unknown God, and now he thinks that all gods deserve to die. Gorr wants to go to this thing called "Eternity" that grants ONE wish and it can be ANYTHING, but it needs the Bifrost to access it. Yes, this stupid ass plot point was just made up out of nowhere. Why did nobody ever need this before? Don't think about it. Jane Foster now has cancer, and then magically Mjolnir comes back together and she becomes Lady Thor just like that. Back at New Asgard, Gorr and his CGI alien monstrosities show up and Thor and Jane reunite with little to no emotion at all. Gorr kidnaps all the children, then Thor goes to rescue them but Gorr steals Stormbreaker and escapes, and then he uses it to open Eternity and after a meaningless and cringeworthy fight sequence, Gorr's magical sword and Mjolnir are destroyed and Jane dies to cancer all of a sudden. Gorr then magically changes his mind and instead of wishing for all Gods to die, he wishes for his daughter to come back, and then dies for no reason. And then cut to Thor now being a father figure of this daughter with no context at all to bring them together, end of the movie. The. Goddamn. End. If you actually end up reading this, this plot summary makes the actual plot of the movie sound so much better than it actually is. Have a nice day

Thor Love and Thunder is a story from Korg's perspective. That is why it was Korg's voice narrating the movie. If you watch the movie with this in mind, you will understand why the movie was so annoying in a few ways. If someone else was telling the story, the movie would have been different. Imagine if it was Valkyrie or Gorr narrating it... It would have been dark and menacing.

They were trying to make it funny and instead made Thor seem just odd and goofy, then the story seemed rushed with Mighty Thor I think they should have had a seperate movie with her and Valkrie to introduce her to us. Then what they turned Zeus into 🫣 some one should of have been fired. it should of been way better with that cast but bad cgi and directing destroyed it, but i did enjoy some parts, i liked the fight seen with the kids

They made Thor look so stupid. His outfit was dumb, his hair and beard were ridiculous, the dialog was absurd, the fighting was disrespected. I was so disappointed with the first 20 minutes. The rest had potential but was peppered with the same disrespect for the character and abilities. It's like they took the mixture of what made ragnarok so good and just picked out the marshmallows and made cereal just with that.
