I think it actually comes down to Hulk vs Superman. The problem lies in the fact that as of right now they are both limitless beings. You have Superman being Superman with all his Feats. but you also have current hulk who has had similar Feats before. but due to the immortal hulk run is now just honestly nonsensical strong. I would say needlessly powerful. To Illuminate, let me list some of the powers he got from that run. - True Immortality, he has Instantaneous Resurrection due to his complete Dominion over the Green Door. - The Green Door: A door he can summon that connects to all versions of hell. He can open and close it at will. He can trap people inside and not allow them out. - Conceptual/Limitless AP: he now posses the ability to damage or kill entities that should be immune or far above the boundaries of physical force. We see this applies to Beings like TOBA who must be stronger than every single cosmic entity due to what it is. -???: idk even how to explain thi, but there comes a point where the Hulk is stated to be considered "The Enemy of Logic" and the implications are that he is not bound by reasoning or science. He is capable of defying rationale. This can include resisting an attack that SHOULD have worked or, as mentioned above, injuring an entity that SHOULD be immune to injury.

The ki would probably protect against the radiation. The issue with heart attack is that it’s a natural disease that came from within the body. But if we using one of those strongest version of hulk and thor which makes zero sense to how they even got this strong, then goku and vegeta loses pretty badly.

Thor has way better speed feats than that like moving through dimensions that are infinitely large. He’s traveled through nightmares realms which is far bigger than a regular infinite sized universe. In fact there is no sense of direction in that universe. His travel speed and reaction speed are somewhat relative.
