Dr han, the muscles in that area has major function of straightening the back, as extensors, more than rotating. I had patients who had similar case. I always chose muscles that have similar function like the hand or foot extensors on Sj or St meridians. In combination with what you did, the result is usually much faster. I have had similar cases. I use the Sacro ligaments ub27 area to release T11/12 area. Or the whole spine. With DU2 needles superficial upward ,. I would add DU16 possibly T5 area. Also i would add kidney 1 except taken higher at a point we call Heart and Sole .. kid1.
