Hi Andrew, we sell two versions of our supercharger kits (both as part of a full bike build). Our first is a basic power upgrade and the second is our big power kit. This one for the 'WFB' is our third variation but don't offer it to the public as its so complicated. Hope that helps 😊

Was the crankshaft+connecting rods+pistons&rings all rebalanced? Were the cylinders rebored and honed to tighter tolerances? Was the lower crankcase blueprinted? Does the engine have a more efficient oil pump? Are the connecting rods lighter maybe made out of titanium? Are the cams different?

Does the supercharger riding on the end of the crank end affect balance ? stress the big end bearings other internal bearings ..cases.. I would believe that it would as your adding tension to the belt...how is that dealt with internally...What are you using for a clutch pack...after market, stronger springs....curious ...Well done !!!

much love to you gents. May i ask though - you are NOT using silicon "gaskets"...isnt that like, bad news 101?
@ThorntonHundredMotorcycles2 жыл бұрын
Thank you Martin! No we should be fine, the factory engines are sealed with silicon 👍🏼
@martincorvalan87042 жыл бұрын
@@ThorntonHundredMotorcycles Interesting! I come to the motorcycle world with fervor from the car world, and silicon gaskets were the hallmarks of "dodgy brothers" mechanics. Many a car engine ive taken a part and rebuilt were silicon gaskets which were just horrible. Perhaps, motorcycles have a different threshold. You guys would know, im not questioning. That was enlightening. Thanks so much for the response.

Interesting the head build. I just found a new craftsman yesterday who is cerakoting engine internals - huge help in heat dissipation and lubrication which will be a massive help for your high power demands - check out @avlmotorsport 😎
