Why did they ever grab EGR from the soot side of the exhaust was the epitome of the dumbest decisions ever it just wrecks the intake of the cylinder head and the Cummins design is the furthest you can get from ease of cleaning almost next to impossible with out pushing chunks into valve seats and combustion chamber. There is no reason for not grabbing EGR gases after the dam dpf! 😡🤬🤯

One other thing to check on the engine, do the jiggle test on the electrical connection for the air intake heater grid. If that thing is loose you could lose a bolt nut that gets sucked into cylinder 6 and can ruin your engine!

Ram 2500's solid live front axle does not corner like IFS if that is what you are familiar with. You'll find that you are either getting over steer feedback from the wheel or understeer feedback. You'll not find s sweet spot or fulcrum from steering feedback. You'll constantly feel like you are oscillating between under and over steer. It is a the trait of this front end. The tranny takes time to learn. It does not behave like a Allison but it is still a good transmission.

Gvwr isn't the towing capacity. Gvwr includes the weight of the truck. I.e., if the truck weights 7,000 lbs and has a gvwr of 20,000 lbs you have a capacity of 13,000 lbs.

Mine did this as well. I changed to 410 gears and a one peice aluminum driveshaft, problem solved. It came with 342 gears....horrible.

I need to know what all the buttons do under my ac unit. Also my abs and no traction light is on and I can’t figure out why..
@keithwilliams44742 жыл бұрын
My ABS and traction light comes on and off, dealer says it’s the ABS electronic hydraulic control unit is bad, they are on back order and can’t get it until at least January of 2023. It’s aggravating cause it alarms all the time and the cruise can’t be set when alarm is on and it will kick out the cruise of set and alarm comes up. Hope it helps ya.

@keithwilliams4474 probly just a wheel speed sensor or wheel bearing. Thats what happened to me. It was the wheel speed sensor so I changed the whole hub unit because it was under warranty

Not on thus year truck but what is going on with the emmisions issues on the 2022? I'm hearing of horror stories and don't buy pleas. Do you have any videos on the engineering mistake made on the entire exhaust system of the 2022's so the videos are saying?
@thoroughbreddiesel Жыл бұрын
We actually are hearing the opposite. As the years go on, the emissions systems are getting better.

Truck only has 22,000 miles on it

The lights could be a speed sensor going bad, just run the codes and diagnose from there. The buttons will be listed as to functionality in your owners manual.

Death wobble is due to cheap Chinese ball joints not HD enough for weight of vehicle replace with REAL ball joints from Synergy and it goes away. Ford also has same issues but wont replace on warranty they'll tell you maint item I have 2018 3500 replace my ties rod link and drag link with synergy Now steers like a Mercedes.

This is a terrible product, the up keep alone on the EGR system will cost you too much. Stay away from it.
