I bought a 56 gallon one for my 2016 F-350 a couple years ago from you guys, absolutely LOVE it!! S&B helped me whenever I had a question and they send programmer to set(calibrate) your miles to empty too! I TELL EVERYONE I SEE AT THE PUMPS ABOUT IT!! THANK YOU GUYS AND S&B!!!

Iv got a 18 ram 3500 srw 4door long bed. Iv had it in the truck for a few weeks now and I couldn't be happier. Installation was intermediate I'd say. Did need to bend the straps and to make it easier for install. The best part is it was advertised as a 60 gallon but was happily surprised to see 65 gallon molded into the side. Very stout unit. Titan makes a 55 if I'm not mistaken for my truck but for 150.00 bucks less with 10 more gallons. S&b all day long. Thanks again for building a great product

Wade ask them or tell them we need a 60-65 gallon tank that will work with a one piece aftermarket drive shaft that is 5” diameter so far no body has made one and there are enough guys out there that need one.

doubt there is a market, but I am going backwards toward older trucks, my newest is a 2004 F150, but planning to sell, then I have a 1966 C10 with dual tanks, & in a few days buying a Dodge D300, & planning dual tanks on it as well. I have one vintage set up, piggy back tank for a VW Super Beetle, it was nice to drive over 600 miles without stopping, still have car & set up, but not had car on road in a decade.

Does S&B make an extended tank for gasoline? I have a 2023 Ford Ranger Crew Cab. Pulling a trailer I have to stop every 200 miles or less.

I want a 60-65 gallon tank for my 05 Dodge 3500 4 door long bed dullay 5.9 cummins with 6 speed manual trans and manual 4x4 selector but I have a one piece drive shaft with factory ends for u-joints no not never from East Texas Dodge front and rear alum drive shafts at 5” diameter and 7 yrs and counting at 800 bucks no more carrier bearings and vibration s and I think it was 72” long and you need to take off two metal brackets stack on top of each other .

They won’t fit if you have a 5” diameter one piece drive shaft .

Does not work with cab and chassis trucks. If this was a pickup originally the tank will work, just be aware of what the upfitter has done for the fuel fill.

Do you know why this tank will not work if you have the factory 50 gallon tank? I bought one for my 18, but didn't get it installed before I got my 22 with a 50-gallon factory installed tank.

It’s a fitment thing, they just have not come out with a tank to replace that 50 gallon yet.

Doing a lift pump because of the tank is not necessary, but if you are doing it as a matter of convenience while you are working at the tank, this would be a good time. This does not affect the DEF tank.

I thought the def tank is inside the stock tank (2018)? So where does the def tank end up? Or do you need to use the def fluid once your S&B tank is installed?

@@teambeforeself6839 The def is always a separate tank. DEF is injected as an aftertreatment in the exhaust. It is NOT mixed with fuel in the injection process. They put the filler next to each other for convenience.

So my question is do they make a tank that you can plumb in your coolant lines to keep your fuel warm like the big rigs?

It seems like the focus of these tanks was to work with aftermarket lift pumps. If you had one of those then you would be able to heat the fuel with that so I don't think that coolant lines would be in the future but you never know.

Your return line to your tank actually warms up your fuel some not like a heater hose. I don’t think that would be a good ideal with a leak take out your motor. But our car hauler rigs use the return to tank was awfully warm and you see them big aluminum tanks steam in winter when water was on them .

Approaches a 70 gallon tank S&B for my F350 and I noticed the in the front and I'm back under the tank is like squish like have a air inside and we check the hose and everything and nothing can fix it's still squish if somebody had the same problem and the fix please let me know thank you

I can't see how it can be filled up with fuel, there is no way for the air to be displaced on the top side of the tank that doesn't have a vent. The fuel level will only fill to the lowest top level that divides the middle.

It has vent hoses that tie every high spot together and takes it to the filler neck. The hoses are installed after the tank is hung because they are routed over the top of any cross members. The tank he had was probably just a display model and may not have had the vent hoses on it when the video was made..

Very little. The tank mfg’s try to utilize the unused space both forward and rear of the tank.

I got one installed along with a FASS system. My truck would stall out anytime I got at or around 1/4. No power going to FASS. It does start up after about 40 min. Any ideas? (2019 6.7 F250)

I don’t know what is killing the power to your FASS. Do you have it tied to a fuse that isn’t constant power?
