23:45 he DID hit the ball with considerable right hand english on that break. Why you would definitively commentate otherwise is a mystery.

Why not leave balls up top while you take a few chances on combos etc to clear the bottom. Why clear those insurance balls right away especially if they're near pockets? Seems like people get in real trouble sometimes with nothing to fall back on.
