Naranasan ko rin po yun, ayaw ko na tumuntong ng hosp, kc pag oras mo na, wala nman sila magawa. pero while we are still alive, its our obligation po pala to take care of ourselves, for our own good and for our loved ones. kaya need ko po talaga regular check up, everytime my doctor tells me when i should come back for another set of tests, i go. yun din lang po i learned just lately
