I always come across your videos at the most important time. I find the more I level up and deepen my spiritual practice the more truths are being revealed that I cannot hide from any longer. After years of living in depression and addiction in a miserable marriage I know I have to be brave and divorce him because I deserve to have the life I want. This is very scary but I just keep finding my center multiple times a day and I keep saying “you’re going to be fine.” Thank you as always Gaspar for your voice of encouragement. Very true it's scary. Pleasing others ,living my job that sustained my son to rejoin his dad 3 weeks later to be so disappointed went from having to nothing. Ended going back to stay with my parents the worst decision but the only one left because I am a mother I have to choose for my son .no job always at home with nothing to do no equipment to do my nail business I'm a messy. Indeed a huge shift is happening I need to hold on to something that will keep me going . Thank you my friend

Try a guided meditation for sleep when you lay down, it sounds like you are having a hard transition getting into your sleep cycle
