we just use a bucket (with plastic bag liner) system - basically a hard-side version of what you have! we don't use a chemical "solidifier", though, we use wood pellets (not sure if you get them in the UK, compacted wood pellets that are used in fireplaces for heating, or for kitty litter) that expand and break up when wet. we've never had to use it for #2 but always glad to have that emergency back-up available. its great for absorbing wetness (and quiet for those 2am goes) without anything but a natural woody/piney aroma! then after a few uses, close it up and bin it. thoroughly enjoying your adventures, thanks for sharing!

Nice video.re toilet its compact and could be stored easily. Could use bucket bag but then you'd have a bucket hanging around. What I really like is the magic powder that turns liquid into solid wìth no smell. I like that big time as I don't like urine being thrown out. Your van looks so cozy and comfortable. I've seen lots of fire places that would be ideal for you. You should sell that one and get rid of it.ive really been enjoying morgans transformation into your happy home. I will be leaving your voyages now but perhaps I'll be able to follow from a new dimension . I will be passing in a few days after several years of illness. Im 77 and okay with it. I will miss you both and Morgan for sure. Travel safely happily and far!

Dpf.. use shell v power derv, burns cleaner and reduces dpf issues. Also if you don't Wana use that , redex dpf cleaner every few tanks will also reduce the issues. As it reduces at that temp the soot burns off at .

Hi guys! I’ve used the Bivvy Loo for at least 3 years in my Vaneroo .. and its fine.. I use it for emergency’s and if there’s no toilets about .. It does smell tho if a hot day so best to just get rid of the bag when you have the opportunity… I haven’t added water to those powder pouches I just tip one in when I put the bag in .. its a game changer. 🥰

Love that coastline up through Northumberland into Scotland. We’ve had a Bivvy Loo for 3 years it’s so compact it’s ideal. It’s only been used a couple of times but reassuring to know it’s there. For me, I wasn't willing to pay upwards of $100 for a fancy toilet so I opted for a $5 dollar bucket, scented bags and some foam insulation to wrap around the top :)

You're not meant for this country, are you? I left the UK 13 years ago, but had travelled with my work to nearly all parts of the UK. It's amazing to discover quaint places and landscapes. I do enjoy you travels and vegan adventures. I lived in Kazakhstan, China for 6 years which is remarkable in so many ways but have now settled in Thailand. I hate the British bone chilling winds. Yes there is a island facing the beach where l live in Co.Dublin called Ireland’s Eye and the boat trip is hilarious 😆 but the island is beautiful untouched no shops nothing lovely 🥰

The boarder lands are often overlooked, st abbs and eyemouth are well worth it along that coast line,and inland is really pretty, enjoy scotland guys,

I bought myself an Air Up as I need to drink more water myself. I got the 5 pack of favorites as well which works out at just under 47p per litre equivalent to 3 normal size fizzy drinks cans (330mls each). I've got to stop drinking fizzy drinks. I'll let you know how I get on with it.

The best way to stop drinking fizzy is watch a few KZbin videos on how not only how poisonous sugar is….but also how it tricks you into wanting more….and not even just more sugar….more everything….I thought I’d never be able to give up fizzy drinks….was literally the one thing I couldn’t picture ever not wanting. But after cutting sugar as far as I can for 3 weeks I’m starting to actually crave water….and much less hungry all the time. I’m sleeping better, smoking less, happier…..the chemical effect on your brain from fizzy drinks is even worse than the physical health aspects.

@@lawli56 they do their own devious brain programming…..I do have Diet Pepsi with vodka if I drink as it’s the most carb free way I can. But if I’m not drinking I’m starting to crave water more than Pepsi max during the day. Maybe if you have a lot of bread or pasta or potatoes in your diet that helps make you crave sweet things…..try going low carb and see if the cravings go away…..I think any form of carbs will make you crave sweet things more now I’ve tried cutting them out.
