Good News of Great Joy. That intelligence is not yours or mine. It is not conditioned. In that Intelligence there is complete security. It's so wonderful to come to the true understanding of intelligence, and that it isn't only to do with reason and logic. It is so beyond dialectical analysis. Intelligence is to see what something is, the truth. Intelligence like the truth, exists by itself. They are, therefore there is security on them, because they do not depend on anything, they are existence.

in 1:09 he said: "and in that intelligence there is security, from that there is action." I don't understand what he means by action, and how is the action related to security and/or intelligence?

What he means is that the intelligence that he's talking about is the truth of things, the idea of the self and connection to all things and many other things. But it's the truth that there is something divine and it is connecting and it is always doing the right thing even though at the time it may not make sense for us. But the intelligence, the realization of this is security. Because when we realize that all actions are the correct action if we realize them with awareness and consciousness, then we are no longer unconscious and we have the security of knowing that everything is supposed to work out the way it should and also the intelligence of knowing ourselves versus our unconscious selves, which is how many people live. We also have security against our thoughts, which are not us, and if we unconsciously follow them we generally suffer. Hope this makes sense :-) it is the truth after all :-)
