No, you just peel them off. Get a hairdryer and some rubbing alcohol heat up the plastics with the hair dryer then peel them off if there’s any residue use the rubbing alcohol.

What are your thoughts on the throttle response? On mine, even with it set to the lowest speed and response, the throttle twists 25 degrees with nothing happening, then it starts going, and there, with just a tiny bit more twist of the throttle, the rear wheel spins.
