Anna, dont consult a physio na, consult any ortho doc. The same area i had a pain, few weeks back, physio told it just a sprain and they earned so much money from me. But only when i consult ah doc, i came to know i was suffering from ligament tear and i got PRP injection, the tear got fixed in 2weeks. Please consult a ortho ASAP before prep
