I think the reason I love this band and their songs is that while you can see the Christian values in it, it can be seen as a song for strong friends, family, or lovers. I love this type of music writing best as it's up to interpretation.

Omg my favorite song of all time was dueted by my two favorite bands!!!! Never would have dreamed of this crossover since citizen soilder isn't christian like tfk. But one of the reasons i love tfk so much is that not only christians can enjoy it since the message is subtle. It reaches a variety of people due to its unique sounds and its incredible messages regardless of beliefs. Citizen soilder does the same thing and gets so amazingly deep and personal with his lyrics. I'm just so awe struck by them doing a collab together!!!! It just makes so much since with how alike they are. And the song choice was a perfect representation of both bands.
