I know I'm really late to comment, but it's hard to bring these topic up when the half of our community demonize the men then at the same time put the burden of performance on us too. You can't have these conversations because one side hates you for the culture you had no control over, and the other still expect you to do your role with no guidance. Before you think im just hating, I get it our grandfathers did our grandmothers wrong so on, and so forth. I'm not blind to that, yeah it sucks that certain men abuse their authority and role as cultural leaders, but that can be anyone else outside of the community too.
