The style, seemingly endless trick selection from tech, big shit, switch shit you name it, and just the smoothest attitude approach to how he does it. I've been a fan for awhile now. Definitely stoked when this video popped up today. God bless, Miles. SOTY any year he wants it.

It's because the ledge spot that he skates in the first half of the video is an old Sacramento ledge spot at Country Club Mall. Biebel filmed countless lines for his Girl Yeah Right and Transworld Subtleties parts. You will see that spot in a lot of old videos especially the older videos under Crailtap and Transworld videos like In Bloom. The spot got blown out because all the pros that rolled through Sacramento skated the Country Club Mall Ledges, and because the spot was in the majority of full-length skate videos from 2000-2010 it brought too much traffic to the Mall/Spot so Country Club Mall hired 24/7 security and the security guards that were hired took it way too serious and would try to fight kids or anyone that was skating the property. The spot was a bust with the ledges being knobbed from approximately 2008 until around 2019 and during that estimated 11 year period when the spot was a bust and youd get confronted by a security guard in a golf cart within 5 minutes if skating regardless of the time, if someone removed the knobs in the ledges the Mall would have the ledges knobbed again within a couple day to a week. Funny story back in like 2008 or 2009 I was skating that Country Club ledge spot with an old friend named Blue and also Jesse Welch, Cody Martinez, and Alan Hannon (the guy who is always filming Miles Silvas) were there. We're skating no less than 10 minutes when the the bitch ass security guard who is choosing to be there on his off day rolls up in a golf cart and starts talking shit to all of us. Me and Blue were like 15 or 16 and everyone else was over 18. Eventually we start walking back to the car to leave and the security guard follow us and whips out his Motorola Razr and starts trying to take pictures of Alan Hannon's license plate. While the security guard leans in to take the picture of Alan's license plate, Alan cussed at the security guard while simultaneously snatching his Razr and then proceeded to spike the god damn shit out of that phone into the parking lot asphalt and the Razr literally exploded into so many pieces. After that the security guard swung on Alan and they started to fight. Another security guard jumped in so then Jesse and Cody jumped in. And then some buff ass super civilian jumps out of his truck and puts Cody in a headlock, so now Alan, Jesse, and Cody are all being restrained. As soon as me and Blue ran up on the security guards that were holding them down they grabbed their tasers and pointed them at us. Being that we were 15 or 16 at this time me and Blue just fell back. Good times we had as kids.
