Inter-Thread synchronization between two threads in a Real Time Operating System (RTOS) using a non-MUTEX binary semaphore. Demonstrated with the help of a producer-consumer example in an embedded system.

What if both threads had the same priority or the producer thread had higher priority? Will the producer thread signal multiple times?
