Yeah Muuuuush! 👊 Oi I was thinking that's ballsy riding with a bare naked elbow only 4 weeks after cracking it - and then Mush says it feels unsafe. No point in taking any risk, protect yourself and your preparation for the upcoming season.💪

Its great to see Mush back on his bike👍 FYI, I DL'd my elbow at Pila a couple of years ago, no surgery was required but when I did start riding again, about 4 weeks later, my wrist did hurt a bit, a kind of dull ache in the middle of my wrist. (carpal tunnel) It wasn't constant, just a niggling pain every now and then which disappeared within a week.
