yup sued and patent leather are the worst to try to clean, fix or just even keep nice if you own them. up here in alaska i trry to stay away from white as well, there is just too much mud and dirt everywhere to not ruin it with a quickness. by the time they give you a credit for those missing shoes they'll have raised the prices on the boxes again lol. stay warm, it's supposed to drop to 45 below zero tonight here, i'll be dreaming about living back home in ny state.

I ordered a 50lb box of diy demin and got send a 50lb box of kids clothes.. was definitely bummed. But I emailed them that day and about 1 and a half to 2 week later heard back and they refunded me.. hope they gave you some credit at least!

Hopefully, Thredup takes care of you. I had an issue. Sent an email and had a reply within 24 hours. They simply issued a partial refund to my credit card. I was completely happy with that. No problems.
