he recommends c-betting at 2/3 pot? i thought the modern trend was to c-bet smaller these days, like 1/3 or so?

They are playing pretty deep... when the stacks are shallower smaller bets do the same thing

@@penguinmilkONE nah, people will defend vs smaller bets far more frequently, at any stack depths.

@@philthomas4312 not really, implied odds are alot less and another players continuing range will generally reflect that when facing a bet. With deeper stacks more of you're range will be able to profitably continue.

I take it this would be for slightly later in the tourny at say 30-50BB only and not at low levels deeper stacked ? Also, when betting 2/3rds as a pure bluff, would we need to do the same with hands like overpairs or sets or is this purely exploiting the unknown factor? So much to learn but good video!
