It's an excellent audit and the selectman did well. That said, I dislike the escort. I think you ought to object when then occur. 1) It may establish in the public servants' minds that filming by the public is only allowed when escorted by a public servant and/or police. 2) It changes the dynamic. Once the 'supervised wandering' begins, we're not getting genuine reactions from the public servants. It becomes a performance. _'Do you escort every member of the public who visits the public building? No? Oh, then why are we being harassed? Why is work on behalf of the public stopped to perform the escort service? Are you a concierge as well?'_
