Some great scenery and nicely filmed. That first camp spot looked awesome. Would that trail be good for a relative novice?
@WalkWithWallace3 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate, I think it's probably a good introduction for novices. The 1st and last days are pretty straightforward. The middle section may unnerve some in poor visibility as its quite bleak and remote. The river crossings on the second day would be tricky in spate. Hi David, I made an initial review video on the tent earlier this year that has the weight/set up etc (see link below). Sadly no UK distributor though, so you do get hit with the dreaded import tax. Cost me £355 all in. kzbin.info/www/bejne/faHdiotno7WKmc0

Cracking outing that Robin 👏 I had to miss the recent Q&A but watched it back last night. One thing I wanted to ask is how did you get on with the katadyn over multi day use. Basically how much did the flow rate suffer & were you cleaning it when on the trail? TIA
@WalkWithWallace3 жыл бұрын
The Katadyn flow rate is still going strong, haven't noticed a drop in performance yet. I always inspect the water before drinking, if I see bits floating around, I'll pour it out and try again. I always forget to wash it to be honest, but usually would rince it under the tap.
