This song is like me and my sister...for me: had a f--ked up childhood (I would share it, but maybe not today, but I'll give you small details: abusive babysitter, living in a horrible neighborhood, going to a school with students carrying drugs or weapons, being bullied for my autistic behaviors I had, and being on medications to stop my seizures I had that completely made me out of control--obsessing over death and weapons, writing stories about them, and even the medication making me withdraw from others sometimes) and I never told anyone eevery single detail of it and acted like nothing in the past happened around others, when I still could think of it. Even my life transitioned from childhood to Jr. High/High School and still had a horrible life (bullies, Dad dying from brain cancer in 2015), even for my sister, who was raped at 13 and felt like she was worthless afterwards, letting boys use her (since she was told that by that jerk who did that to her). So, we both had horrible pasts, but she let hers go; mine is one I can't let go. Now that I'm living in Indiana and going to a school called Woodlan (since 12-5-16), it's been a nicer school, but I try my hardest not to make it obvious that something's up. I maybe only told my Special Ed Alegebra teacher my dad passed away, but that was it. Nobody else still thinks something is wrong with me. Words in this song pretty much remind me of all this.

While, yes, that is hard and will cause you some internal trouble, you need to let it go, let it go, dont let it hold you back anymore (sorry, i just saw a picture of Olaf in class, inhad to quote frozen) and move forward. if you need help, im sure there are people who'd be willing to give it to you. if you let the past consume you and if you let it control you right here and right now, it will ruin you. at 17 years old and in my junior year of high school, I've screwed myself up because I've refused to let gonof my past. i don't want another human being do the same so please, you must try. ask for help, because that shows you are strong. not even the greatest scientific mind can do things alone. god/allah/buddah/vishnu/goddess bless you.
