This video shows the three-dimensional mixer working in our Kenyan client’s plant.
In our industry, the three-dimensional mixer is mainly used for adding additives when the users making nutrition powder (baby food, instant porridge). The core production technology of making nutrition powder is co-rotation twin-screw extrusion. This process temperature is 100-150 ℃. Some additives (such as vitamin A) can't bear so high temperatures. The high temperatures will lose these additives' activity. They will lose efficacy. So these additives must be added after grinding the semi-finished products into the powdery state.
The mixing barrel of the three-dimensional mixer rotates along the X, Y, and Z axis. The material has no centrifugal force, no specific gravity segregation, stratification, and accumulation. Each component can have a very different weight ratio, and the mixing rate is over 99.9%. It is one of the various mixers. The most ideal product. The cylinder filling rate is high, up to 90% (ordinary mixers are only 40%), with high efficiency and short mixing time.
