time will tell - big game tomorrow - away games coming. He's very blessed in that the schedule has been "perfect" in giving him "baby steps" to gradually get in tougher games, continuing to gain confidence. God is good! We've surrounded him from top to bottom so that it at least reduces the pressure on him. Imagine if he didn't have the receivers and TE rooms, the great OL, an amazing defense. All aspects - the team surrounding him and the succession of games gradually allowing him to grow - 4 straight home games to start. And let's add in an outstanding coaching staff and QB coach specialist. Husker Nation and Dylan are blessed with an ideal scenario. Truly blessed!

Most 5 star QBs don't become great in reality. Look at DJ at Florida state. He was better in highschool then now regressed. Dylan looks like the real deal so far potential greatness is there

I hope that this success lasts, but I have noticed a few gaps that need to be closed for that to happen. I'm not blind.

Here’s the thing. Regardless of what a Husker fan says they want the team to win them all. Logic and analytics be damned anything is possible to the fan base. They will be disappointed and they will complain when the team loses even if all the numbers going in make that obvious. That’s not the point though. The way Nebraska is playing right now is something we haven’t seen in a long time and it’s encouraging. Is it hype to say that this team has a chance to win all the games on the schedule? Is it unrealistic? No. Will it happen? I think it’s highly unlikely but I’d be lying if I said 7-5 or less wouldn’t be disappointing. I expect NU to be in the thick of things come November.

I've said this on other pods, but the only complaints I've heard are from people who have, shall we say, a vested interest in stirring up controversy. I don't know a single real person here in Nebraska who was concerned about last week's game. Tl:dr talking heads have to talk, GBR.

Well Rich, that's a good question but you know we have to take this one game at a time. He's playing pretty well and he does a good job, but I don't know. We'll just have to wait and see. Screw that you're on national TV everybody's talking about the kid pump it up. That's what coach is here for. Plus you give a college coach a question and he answers the question. One would assume his answer was in the realm of college.

If Tom Osborne said what Matt Rhule has said about Dylan Raiola would evaluation have greater impact ? If Tom Brady said what Matt Rhule has said does that change evaluation? If so then we husker fans must wait until Dylan Raiola has a heisman or won a super bowl.
