This is a cute, fun Romcom, about a stewardess, and it also lets us get a peek into what airlines and flying was like in 1951

Yes, what a cute, feel good movie. Funny as can be, right from the start when she answers the questions
@winonamassingill78952 жыл бұрын
When she answers the questions just as her father told her to. Perfume on the pilot’s speaker 🔊 ??? One funny goof after another. And thanks for reminding me of how the “good old” days used to be. When so many of the houses looked like the one that the girls were moving into. My mother and I lived in one that was similar to that one only ours was a duplex. We lived in one side and rented the other side of the house out.

Spoiler alert: I was rooting for her to marry the professor since the beginning! The difference was she was the one interested in him enough to pursue him, at first, and she didn’t know anything about his profession, unlike with the other two men. He had nothing to gain regarding his profession by marrying her, he just genuinely fell in love with her, I felt, not to say that was the motive the other Mikes had, but it was sweet. He was patient with her, and humble, and demonstrated first-hand all the attributes she wanted in a husband (knowledgeable, good with kids, kind, hard-working, passion for his line of work and goal of helping others, etc.) I love how he declares his love for her so solidly at the end while the other men are practically begging for her hand in marriage. They were meant for each other :)

Buenas tardes desde provincia de Barcelona. Vallés Occidental. España.Europa.
