I saw a mod for a it a while ago that I'm guessing was taken just adjusted because it was a move like how Goku did against Merged Zamasu in the manga I think and because of that it also hurt the user but my guess is since it looks the same I think[it's been a while since I saw that mod for the other one and it was just in a mod demonstration video] that it was just adjusted to not hurt the user and only be put on this Beerus. Which is pretty damn cool.

Yo Doto Broly’s gigantic rage can be used while being attacked, it just costs 3 bars of stamina. Blaster cannon can be used after combos in a different way it is usually used in. When used at the end of an attack combo, the move teleports behind them, kicks them, then shoots out the attack. This is the second time I’ve explained moves to doto, first why demon ray and demon flurry are actually good, now this. I plan to do more explanations on why some moves are cooler than you think
