it actually isnt AoE, its a modded ult called Acceleration Finish (based off i believe a Cammy ult in SF5), it does a dash, kick, 6 teleport dashes, and then a screw kick. normally it can only target one person, but AI auto locks onto a new target after killing one, so during the attack, Gohan killed Deion with the first 2 teleport dashes, locked into Dino, killed him with the next 3, locked onto Doto, and killed him with the last one. its basically an unintended effect of the ult due to Gohan's damage being so high and AI auto-locking onto targets its some bs, but its funny bs

Advice: I'd recommend that Doto does the Elder Kai missions at Orange Star High. They'll teach him some fairly basic combos and stamina breaks. I'd also recommend Forms like Potential Unleashed or Beast for Doto and for Deion probably Super Saiyan god for it's crazy attack damage, fast transformation, and it's lack of a ki drain like the other godly forms so you can just keep fighting without needing to charge up or something like Beast that does crazy damage but takes 5 bars to use and is a pretty long cutscene.
