I have been wanting to get the Avid Seamstress Blouse pattern. It will be interesting to see how you get on with the collar…. Sounds complicated! I made some Palazzo Pants in viscose from one of the GBSB sewing books. I love them, but I wouldn’t use the pattern again, it wasn’t drafted very well. I will use the Safiya pattern you recommended as I have the Make It Simple book.
