I have a Babylock Coronet. Will the little Buddy system fit on my coronet frame? They look identical. Also, with the drawer for the little foot fit my coronet table? I love my local dealer, but your prices are markedly better! Thanks so much for this video! It’s extremely helpful to see the various methods for loading those quilts.

Using the little buddy on the little foot frame, you are showing how to attach a quilt that fits within the frame? Am I limited to only small quilts using the little buddy? Right now, I am sandwiching any size quilt first, then using my clamps and moving them as I quilt to quilt a quilt larger than the frame. I’m just trying to understand if it is worth the purchase of the little buddy.

Yvonne Anderson, well maybe not from her, any way. Not if it’s been six months and she never answered your question. I think I found on the HQ website that the Little Buddy is limited to approx 45” ( I cant remember the exact, but about fabric width. They said if you want to do wider, then just use the Little Foot frame as originally intended. I’m trying to decide which frame to get. I have 14’ long room, but only about 6’-6 1/2’ in depth. In your experience, do you think that is enough room, depth wise, for a quilting machine setup? How much room do you feel is necessary on the end, to walk around? In my small amount of space, would you feel comfortable ever doing a pantograph? And if you had to use your Little Foot frame to do large quilts for others, would it be practical, or just annoying? I’m looking at the Amara because it has adjustable handles. That’s important for me. Which machine are you using? For now, I mostly want to do Twin, Baby, & wall hanging quilts, for myself or gifts. But I would like to keep my options open, in case I ever need do do this as a business. I like the idea of the Little Buddy, but wish it was wide enough for twin quilts. I don’t know if I’d like doing pantos, or not. Have you tried them? Thanks for sharing your experience. I look forward to hearing from you. 😊

I have the little foot frame with the pole extension. I need to quilt a project wider than the frame. What would be the best way to load that?

Cheryl, what is the ‘pole extension’ for? To extend the Little Foot frame, or to extend the Little Buddy Frame? I haven’t heard of this. Thanks.

Our leaders are about 50" wide, which would set your max size for the quilt backing. The Little Foot frame is made specifically for longarm quilting machines, not domestic.

This is helpful in loading my little buddy but you don't show what to do when you are almost finished quilting since the top and batting are free flowing.

You need to eliminate, (stop using) the annoying phrase: "I'm going to go ahead and" . . .). Other than that, your video is very helpful.
