Well needed road network , it’s just mind boggling that the Jamaican government didn’t find it prudent to add in their contract to make drainage on Marcus Garvey Drive and Waltham park road so whenever it rains these roads aren’t flooded..Guess the inconvenience and suffering of the residents and motorists of those communities are not their concerns..Think the authorities should name this overpass as the Marcus Garvey overpass.and renamed lady Musgrave road ..

This project was financed by the Jamaican Government at a cost of US $1.5 Million, the construction was done by China harbor engineering. The same company that built the North/South highway.
