Do not under any circumstances even consider Three. Their network coverage across the UK is woeful in my experience.

3 deliberately make it you can't query a bill if you press 3 for bill query the only option is to pay

Three is so unstable, It either goes fast and steady, but then suddenly slows down and unstable, I had to spend 6 years with them 😭😭😭

With Tesco Mobile you have Free EU roaming with no data limit or restrictions within your tariff!

Good point - Tesco are quite good for EU roaming The one issue is they keep putting a time limit on it. They previously said it would stop at the beginning of 2024, now it's 2025. So it's a bit uncertain how long that will last.

@@greensmartphones could it be a legal thing, as a year by year contract between them and the EU, as that is not something a regular network would do domestically, unless they are internationally restricted. Like yes we got the EU with Tesco, cause Tesco actually works within the EU and so does O2, hence the high data limit. In terms of EE, they originally started existing cause of Orange and T-Mobile, both of which are in the EU which allows them to have a high data limit as well. Just my thinking anyways

They mess bills up all the time it’s shocking ask for goodwill guesture I just got one for 60 pound but it didn’t cover the hassle i went through but make sure you ask for one hope this helps

I think the same and customer service is horrendous I’ve had to deal with them last week and this week they are not trained and don’t know what there doing they took 121 out my bank instead of 30 I got a 60 pound goodwill guesture but I don’t trust them with my bank details now and there internet is slow so yes o agree with you there crap

The 3 network is a joke!!! Their latest network upgrade made half of mobile devices useless because not all phones support Volte. Is the 3 network looking to pay some of the network upgrade expenses with people buying new devices ??? People can't even make emergency calls 🤢🤢🤢

The worst internet provider you could possibly sign up to. Rubbish customer service, sim cards that have clearly been opened and complaints are ignored yet they still have the nerve to demand payment for services you haven't used.......also comments disabled on their KZbin videos says it all.
