Here's the three most expensive Don Julio tequilas. We'll start with the Don Julio 1942 tequila, which is about $169.
Then we have the Don Julio Ultima Reserva, coming in around $400. This as the last agave crop that was planted by Don Julio Gonzalez himself.
Lastly, we have the discontinued Don Julio Real tequila, my favorite of the line and the only one I will recommend. Don Julio Real has the coolest bottle ever made, but pushing that aside, the extra anejo category STARTED with Don Julio Real. It was the first ever extra anejo tequila and it's stood the test of time. Now discontinued, you'll be paying as much as $1,200 for this collectors item.
