Then after those, I created a video for members that's almost 3 hours long. I show how I analyzed the efficiency of Microsoft Access when it comes to storing short v. long text field data, compact & repair, and more. I build two databases, one to control the other. You will see how this was all done: opening another database, controlling it with a settings.txt file, reading and writing text files, compact and repair in VBA, reading file sizes, deleting an renaming files, and using recordsets to add records to a table.
