Three Nite P-30 flight at Washoe Lake, Nevada on July 21, 2021

This is a video of 2-minute plus flight of my Three Nite P-30 that I built from the Volare Products laser-cut short kit. My last KZbin video of a flight of the original prototype only showed the final portion of the flight. This video shows the spiral climb pattern you can achieve with this model with the proper trim. The cell phone camera has a hard time showing the latter portion of the flight. The microphone on the cell phone does not pick up my introduction at the beginning. The model did not catch good air on this flight but still achieved a max under the rule for the P-30 event.
