Hello Sir! I am from Nepal. I am an Electrical & Electronics Engineering preparing for Master Entrance. I went through your lectures and your lecture was impressive but in this lecture i found error in ohm value as 40 ohm instead of 50 ohm. If we keep 50 ohm then the impedance (z) value is 22+j.20. Finally it's magnitude will be 29.732 with phase angle of 42.273 degree.

please check weather u have calculated the zph in a right way as you may have calculated it by taking resistance as 40 but the resistance is 50

sir since impedence angle is positive it means current will be leading the voltage so it should be capacitive one instead of inductive that u explained in the video

its because taking the all three parts of delta connection the total power will be 3 times the power in single part.

I got Zph as the impedance in the R || Xc (parallel part) . However when I add ZL, I get the the wrong number

Bhaskaran M u have to put the calci in complex mode press shift then mode then select cmplx then u can use the' i' symbol for writing and calculating complex numbers
