The trip to three pools is a shirt one, for tje average person about half an hour walking from the Blanchisseuse spring bridge.
If you are so minded you can also park at the fenced camping area by they beach for a fee and walk from there, it would also give an extra measure of security for your vehicle and a five minutes extra walking.
The pools are deep and it is recomended that life vests be worn. To mobe from one pool to the next you wpuld habe to swim up and in some spots battle the current pushing you back.
Swiming from the first pool to the second is fairly easy but the swim from the second to the third gives you a test especially climbing up the small incline the water falls from.
There is some really cool rock formations amd a waterfall at the end of the third pool, bit i would advise only experienced people to venture there, as its deep to access and if tje water is moving forcefully you can get pushed against the rocks.
You shoud go with a large group and a guide and perhaps not on a weekend, as i went on a saturday and there were alot of visitors making it difficult to swim or explore.
