Someone did this recently (but 6 houses, 3 at the front and 3 at the back), I downloaded it, and found they had made every garage a living room and it would have been a huge pain to change them all. Soooooo glad you’ve decided to do this. And no hate on the person, but yours is BETTER 🎉

lil tip; if u save the treehouse to a room then u can just pull it out of you saved rooms, that way your sim doesn’t have to build it every time (and the game won’t get rid of ur slide and stuff lol) Love thus build btw ! ❤️

i love the pool! they’re very common in america bc they’re way less expensive than in ground pools but we call these above ground pools!

I understand why you built something like this on this lot. Two years ago for the decades challenge I built 3 California bungalows with a courtyard, for the 1930s on this lot. I wish we had more lots this size for these kinds of builds. I love your channel because you do more realistic, lived-in builds, with backstories that flush out the decor of the interior and exterior. It's right up my alley, and it's inspiring.

This is the ideal lot for 4 For Rent :) You made it blend in so nicely to the surrounding homes. Also, never seen you go so hard on yard/landscape/outdoor but I am so inspired!

Suggestion for a future house type…. Matilda’s house (1970s build I think)? I put them in Oasis Springs in the bottom right neighbourhood.

I literally watch all your videos and you're sooo talented. It's clear that you put so much effort into all your builds so thank you. This build is amazing 🤩. Also this is a big ask but can you at the end of the speed build do a floor plan tour because it's so fast I don't always know where everything is. xx

Oh! Jessica, I love those high school years chairs. They’re normally made of vinyl plastic and aluminum. They are dining chairs that were super popular in the 60s and 70s. My great grandmother had a whole dining set. I fell in love with high school years because of those chairs!!! Side note I absolutely adore the stories you come up with for your sims. They’re so wonderful and always fit your builds.

First, "The perfect man" and "Cinderella story" are both great movies though I do prefer "Another Cinderella story" with selena gomez ❤ love your story ideas; i enjoy making sims for your homes. Second, love this lot, so much! Its nearly perfect! The step up from the entryways into the house truly sold me. So realistic. Third, id love to see you build townhouses or apartments in Brichester.

I love this so much! It reminds me of my suburban New Jersey neighborhood. All of the houses near me were built in the 70s split-level style with similar exteriors and interior floor plans 😊 P.S. Quite a few of my neighbors have boats in their driveway's as well!

First off, love your builds! Your eye for detail is immaculate. But can someone PLEASE explain to me what the point of adding all those pink water bottles, just to delete them over and over again, is???

Little late, I know, but she adds the bottles to fill up the auto snap spots on the items so she can freely place the clutter with moveobjects without it snapping to the allotted slots on the item. And once she's done, she deletes them so it looks nice!

I’m in awe… It’s unbelievable that someone could build 3 separate houses as great as theese during like half a week. Legitimately stunning How do you prepare the shells before recording? Do you plan the rooms and then adjust the outside? My houses always end up wierd on the outside because of the windows and there’s somehow both little and too much space inside Could you please give some simple advice?

Don’t let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game - the quote from A Cinderella story that gets covered up on the wall , it was my FAVOURITE quote as a kid (I was obsessed with Hilary duff lol)

at 14:56 you can see a floatie from island living in a pool in an unplayable house which is either intentional or really weird cause island living (the pack it comes from) released june 21st 2019 and get famous (the world shes building in) released 16th november 2018

Love this build. Just for interest sake, did you know the game as this setting where you can opt for different styles, but on the art deco it throws out realm of magic furniture, which is totally crazy.

Ground swimming pools in the backyard are only common in the US for upper middle class to upper class families (the lucky ones), most of us with the funds just get a inflatable above ground pool for the summer from Walmart or something. But it probably depends on where you live. Our landlord doesn’t allow pools in our backyard sadly and the ground outside is slanted:((

I don't wanna be one of those people that correct what someone says. However I did want to say in the show Maid the lead character doesn't get a new boyfriend every once in a while. It's quite the opposite in fact. She's struggling to leave an abusive relationship and be able to provide for her daughter and eventually get full custody.
