@@crizvee7247 you would probably need to try and find a different lender your earnest money is promising you will make the purchase if the lender doesn’t move fwd with the loan then you will get it back but I don’t think they will allow you to back out with earnest money because the loan estimate was higher than you want

I love watching your videos even though I'm in Canada and your talking about the USA. You explain things very well. I've been looking for videos on pros and cons on buying a new build home vs. Lived in home, also ready to move in new home vs. New homes not build yet. And would like to hear you talk about the difference between free hold town house, regular town house, regular house I think that's called detached house, and condos. There are Pros and cons for all. I assume that a new free hold town house that has not been build yet is the most cost effective purchase when looking to save money and avoid extra fees.

I am ahead of schedule it's been 6 days and I did earnest same day offer was accepted nd inspections were done 2 days ago and submitted same day. We have til June 10 to close.. there is tenants living there. So I will own my house and thenats will still be there they want to move June 30🙃 I feel so weird about this. Is this common?

Hey thanks for the content. I have a question on how to proceed. Currently my father is in charge of the mortgage and I saw he has a high int. Rate and we're going to refinance with a lower rate. HOWEVER, my concern is about the appraisal. We plan on fixing the house but aren't sure to do this before the appraisal as we may end up having to pay more for the house. Should we wait to do the home remodeling after the appraisal?

Hey Javier one thing that happened to me was at title in 2010 they asked me to sign for like 15 to 20 names that supposedly were associate it to me I didn’t want to but they made me, The only thing I recall right at that time that I seen these names come up would be when I would get some advertisement in the mail with my name slightly off by a letter a word or the whole name should I have not signed?

It is suggested to get quotes from a broker, credit union (if you belong to one) and a retail bank. Then, go to with the offer that's best for you.

If the appraisal is 10k below the selling price! offer the seller that they Pay all closing cost -you will paying $10,000 upfront to lower their selling price to the appraised price! Also make sure to have an escape clause to get your Ernest money back incase the seller wont negotiation

My wife and I just started the escrow process. There are four times you can get out of escrow: counter offer, inspection, appraisal, and before 21 days of escrow opening. So yes, you can get out within 21 days. After 21 days, you lose your deposit

Everything is only what the individual has decided it is....Money is only used as something of value because people are brainwashed into believing it has any value at all! lol...buyers expect a perfect (how they want it) house and sellers want the most return! lol... meanwhile realtors, inspectors, brokers, escrow, originators...all get paid for doing very little actual work, no risk, minimum stress, for huge returns soooo they're winning!
