Correct me if I'm wrong, but the perennial actions between the pumpkins are labelled, meaning the "free action" you're taking is filling in that specific perennial. You're just picking whichever one you want, which I don't think is right.

Do you still play this game? I got it to play solo, but I find it pretty confusing. I feel kind of like I'm doing my taxes LOL I caught quite a few mistakes in this playthrough that weren't mentioned in other comments.

Would be better if the board game itself was bigger. All the information is squeezed into as small a space as possible. It's especially ironic as it's such a 'large' expansive game in concept. Are there particular reasons for certain games being certain sizes?

You have a good point. It really is crammed in there, but I keep this around as a coffee table game. Sometimes I want to relax with some tea with a small box game on my coffee table, sometimes I want to spend the evening setting up and playing a massive game on my kitchen table.
