You have a most lovely, pleasant voice. The property is great. However, if one is requesting 349K € of someone's hard earned money, more effort must be placed into these videos. Slow down, it's not a drag racing event when engaging an audience that is exquisitely your own. 🎉 All aspects of the property and grounds inside and out, are to be displayed. If you did that, plus with your speaking voice, your presentations would be winning instead of making a €350K home seem like €3.49. IMHO.
