And a very well done dupe.actually, I prefer JR because it's much smoother from the begining. Blossom love I find too hursh at the begining. After 10 minutes they are, practically, the same..i almost got the blossom love because I'm mad on this staining issue of JR but then I changed my mind because JR it's so similar and just perfect. I got a decant of BL and I see no reason to buy the whole bottle if I have the junoon. Besides the fact that it's the real thing but i preferred other "real things" and not invested in this one..

I still don't know how I feel about Mancera Instant Crush. There's something about how it registers on me that is very piercing. Well i live in a tropical climate so it might be that. The sharp ginger note is definitely there. I love how beast mode it is but scent wise im not sure with the sharp registry on my skin 🙁

Junoon simple is not my type at all. JN and JR are absolutely lovely for me. JR I love so much that I have a back up bottle. Such a pity it stains sooo heavily!!! And I do overspray them. They are so longlasting and with good projection. They really worth every single scent

@@VeronicaSays Junoon is just unappealing to me. Nothing soft in it, not smooth, old lady like. But this is definitely just my perception. The other 2 instead...oooh, boy. Love them both. Actually, for more than half an year, JR was my favourite and most worn perfume but now it was replaced in my heart as no. 1 by Xerjoff Dolce Amalfi. Very unique fragrance, spicy and incensy in the best way possible.

I recently received Junoon Rose. I'm not crazy about it though. It does have good projection and sillage and longevity. I sprayed it on myself the day before and could smell it on myself the next day. I get a strong cherry and amaretto note; stronger than Bath and Body Works' Japanese Cherry Blossom. To my nose, the cherry note is stronger than the rose note. It's got a soapy, air-freshener quality to it that I'm not a fan of. It reminds me of a scent that you'd spray in a room. Maybe it will just take some getting used to as I only received it yesterday. I may use it as a room freshener. It is affordable, but I would knock off a few coins from the price tag because the juice is reddish/pink and can stain your clothes/fabric that is light colored.

I just blind bought Junoon Rose, any comparison to Bath and Body Works Cherry Blossom makes me wonder if I made a mistake. The latter smells straight up like body odor to me, at least on a test strip. I can't foresee anyone wanting to smell like that. I'm hoping for a powdery cherry amaretto rose.

@@alexisfagan9604 I hope it works out for you. I wanted this to work for me. This was my first perfume from Al Haramain, so it makes a bit wary of trying others from this brand. Junoon rose is a pleasant scent, it's just got a strong soapy/freshener vibe in my opinion. It's said to be a very, very, very close dupe of a high end (and expensive) niche perfume by called Blossom Love by Amouage. If Blossom Love is also soapy, then I've no desire to sample it. I do have Oakcha's Sinful, which is a very, very good dupe of Tom Ford's Lost Cherry. I might layer Junoon Noir with that to cut back the soapiness if it helps. You can try layering if with another cherry based perfume if you want the cherry note to be more pronounced.

I think the word for the fragrances a house offers is “portfolio.” But I could be wrong. These buys are all great, my successful blind buy recently was trussardi Donna edp. There’s so much hype around it and I blind bought it out of curiosity, and I ended up loving it. I also picked up trussardi Donna pink marina, mostly because I’m also a completionist, I hope that’s as successful as Donna.

Oh these blind buys … they are fun, aren’t they 😂. It usually happens to me when there is a sale and I just cannot say no to a good deal ☺️. However, I have become much better at not giving in to temptation. My most successful blind buys are fragrances by Lush (they used to have online exclusive fragrances and as a Lushie, I just had to have them) and my first ever niche fragrance, Sartorial by Penhaligon's, also was a blind buy. And this fragrance is the reason why I am here.
