Thank you so much for these comprehensive and comprehendible videos. My city recently detected high levels of pfas in our wells. Question--how much of the diversity of pfas is due to the variety produced for industrial applications (how many have documented "recipes" locked away) and how much of the diversity is caused by changes made to the molecules after they leave the lab? (Since they're so pervasive, does that mean most of the variation is man-made? Or I guess pervasive could mean that the functional groups change while the c-f's remain???). I will keep watching your videos and see if I can answer my own question :).
