@@MathieuBaudoux You bet! My sister was a music major (passed in '16, making better music now), and she played a bunch of cool stuff, too. She would play Chopin, & Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, & John Barry's Theme From “Somewhere in Time”, which I can't really sit through anymore without someone cutting serious onions. Thank you for your message ! No sorry this is a cover that I did by ear. I was inspired by Jaco's live ('85) and Thierry Eliez's cover. But finally I did my own version, because there is no sheet about a piano solo version (except the chords and melody that you will find on Real Books).

Mr. Baudoux, do you have an arrangement for sale of your voicings like you play here? I'd love to get a copy. Even as a composer myself, it doesn't help me to just look at the chords symbols. I get more from seeing what a real pianist is doing with it. I'd be more than happy to pay for a copy of even pretty close to what you did here. At any rate, enjoyed this.

Dear assignment, thank you for your nice message. This piano part is totally free for 2 reasons: 1) Even if I made this arrangement by ear, I use Jaco's voicings as often as possible to be as close as possible than the original. My only job was to transcribe the orchestra part for only one instrument: the piano. So I would not be honest to sell it (even if there's no score in the world about it). 2) I don't write music scores. I actually make videos to show my fingers for people who don't read music or chords or scores. I can understand that the international notation is not enough for you because it's not sharp enough. But scores are also plenty of codes everyone cannot decrypt. That's why I choose the simplest way to communicate : showing my fingers. I hope it will be useful for you and if it's too fast, you can lower the speed video in your video settings. I hope you will be successful and wish you a good time on this channel!
