Ohh I see it's a pre-rendered video, I thought it was actually recorded in-game for the screens. But that makes me wonder why didn't the developers make a high quality animation with better lighting and shadows for the screens? Since it's just a video it won't demand anything to the Switch hardware

It's meant to look like a big screen display. It even has a filter over it to show the RGB pixels when you get too close to any of the screens like this. A high quality render would sorta take away from that vibe. 'realistically' your not going to have a screen the size of a stadium be a 4K resolution. And having a high quality video playing on a screen that big in game can be a bit demanding. /nm
