So wanted to do my surgery with him,but unfortunately his clinic doesnt accept people that are Hiv positive :(,while other clinics had no problem with this at all.But will keep dreaming.

I hope this fulfills the place in her psyche that caused her to believe this is an improvement in her appearance. What I don’t understand is what was so problematic with her pre-surgery nose. Did she have a deviated septum or some other nasal anatomy issue requiring surgical correction? I’m black with a high bridged, aquiline European nose, it is my natural God given nose. Growing up, some kids mocked it and even today some adults ask if I had surgery. If the surgery corrected a physical anomaly it make sense to undergo the risks of surgical procedure. My other question is why travel to Istanbul, when there are many plastic surgeons in The US that do rhinoplasty?

She probably got it a a reduced rate much cheaper than the states or Turkish experience. I don’t see what was wrong with her nose either. I used to get called Micheal Jackson nose because my nose always looked as if I had rhinoplasty surgery, which runs on my dad’s side of the family. I never let the jokes and taunts change my mind or hurt my feelings. I figured it was said out of jealousy. I also realized that’s how God intended for me to be.
