That's a beautiful renovation. Brave choice to have only two bedrooms in Balmain in such a large house. I suppose the glass wall ex-bedroom upstairs can easily convert to a third bedroom for resale purposes. The whole place is just stunning.

Agreed! The character, period touches, warmth and use of space is amazing. It's far more realistic for many living in similar style homes or wanting to add these touches. The brick work is one of my favourite aspects.

Great use of space, love how they squeeze the showers in & the butlers pantry was gorgeous - and the exterior - the front, just a delight & so tasteful - do they list the paint colours at all?
